Kidnapped, Missing Person, Political Prisoner of the United States, Imprisoned in Plain Sight

None of the DEBIT/credit cards that I have, for 3 U.S. checking accounts, held by 3 separate U.S. banks, work, in the ATM machine, nor, at the cash register.      I intended to cancel my receipt, of government benefits, in 2022.
