Kidnapped, Missing Person, Political Prisoner of the United States, Imprisoned in Plain Sight

Brown, Jr., Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, for distribution.  I wasn't able to find a valid E-mail address, for his office.      My name is Jenny Miller.  I'm a kidnapped, missing person, denied by law enforcement, including an F.B.I. agent, in person.  I was first reported missing to law enforcement, in Palm Beach County, Florida, in 1984.  I'm imprisoned, in plain sight.  I've been human trafficked.  My communication methods, finances, and direct contact with known parties are controlled.  I'm Pratt & Whitney victim #-, as assigned by an Army Interrogator, in 2009.  I've been a reported victim of Human Rights violations, by the U.S. military, to the United Nations, since 1984.  I'm a Political Prisoner of the U.S. confirmed.   ...

       The U.S. Army, from the base, here, in Oregon, has added to the terrorist attacks on me, personal, joining U.S. Army from bases in Michigan and Idaho, U.S. Marine Corps, U.S. Air Force Reserves, Pratt & Whitney, and Canadian terrorists.  They are transporting onto my body and nearby, using modified, broken systems, unauthorized, constant.  The U.S. military has added digital systems that run on me, which add radiation, numb me, and help me breathe and swallow.  I'm told, by relay, that the terrorists have come, and continue to bombard us, by aircraft, motor vehicle, and truck.  The terrorists sexually abuse us, threaten us, and urinate on us.      My, most recent, bank balance was short $19.35.  I'm low on cash; it's the end of the month.  Current, I can only access $1335 per month, from SSDI, and $23 per month in food stamps.      I eat and digest some food, every day.  I sleep, every night....

       Today, some U.S. Army persons, along with Sam Hithye, tried to make direct contact.  Their personal systems were overwrought with interference.  No signs of progress, to report.

Last night, I sent my U.S. Army assigned Samuel J. Hithye an E-mail.  The Army pushed it through, he received it with a typed box with a note, that I had tried to send it to him.  My communication methods are controlled by threats.  Nobody has made direct contact.  The U.S. Army assigned teams are keeping me alive.  There's no end in sight.  I know that many of you have been cheering us on, for decades.  I'm thrilled that he's with me.  I still struggle, through the fascist, abusive mind-control, to believe that I can have a life, free.  Thank you, for your prayers.  (Please, write Congress and ask them to raise the federal, minimum wage to $17, this year.  Also, the defense spending bill shorted our U.S. servicemembers, again.  Their annual, pay raises should keep up with the rate of inflation.)  I hear about signs of progress, everywhere.  Please, keep fighting for our Civil Liberties.  God bless America. ...
