Personal Update 2/21/2023: Contracts Division

     The RICO organized crime rings are active, and maybe in control, in the neighborhood where I live, in Canada.  The military is helping businesses and government agencies, illegally, refuse services.  They have planned and playscripted the employees of businesses and government agencies, in the area.

     I bought a prepaid Canadian credit card at the grocery store.  My U.S. bank card is still declined, at most businesses and on the web, erroneously.  I'm not able to withdrawal cash from ATM machines.  The prepaid Canadian credit card has been declined, every time that I've tried to use it.

     I'm afraid that corruption at the Pentagon is still a threat to me and our freedoms.  The Pratt & Whitney plant, on Level B, in Florida, lost their C.I.A. permit to experiment, in the 1980's.  They've been running experimental, nuclear, machine systems on me, since 1979, against orders from the U.S. military.  They recruited and hired people that had been kicked out of the military for misconduct.  They expanded and opened new plants.  They refused to cooperate with mandatory inspections.  The Army Pentagon, Contracts Division, somehow, allowed their treason, espionage, RICO organized crime activity, human rights violations, and terrorism to spread over, for decades.  I'm afraid that Congressional oversight of the Army Pentagon, Contracts Division, and defense contractors, failed and needs review.  Please, ask for foreign support to shut down Pratt & Whitney, fully, as ordered.

     My parents and the U.S. Army person, assigned to retrieve me, know where I am.  Please, continue to report to the White House, members of Congress, and the United Nations that I'm being abused and severly harmed by nuclear, military systems.  We need law enforcement to confront the building where I live, that's hiding me, to reunite us.
