RE: Pratt & Whitney victim
Dear Sir or Madam,
My name is Jenny Miller. I'm an Army civilian since pregnancy. I never enlisted. I have no direct contact.
I'm a kidnapped, missing person, refused aid by law enforcement, when asked. My file is hard to find.
I'm 47 years old. I was first reported missing in 1984. I've been human trafficked, by military personnel and Pratt & Whitney employees, since the 1980's. My communication methods are controlled by threats.
I'm Pratt & Whitney victim# -, issued by an Army Interrogator, in 2009. They contacted me, by relay, at home. They told me to expect mail. I have yet to receive any.
My SSN is -. My Oregon state-issued ID is -. I returned, to Oregon, last Sept.
In 2021, I was contacted by a Marine Corps victim rights attorney, by relay, at home. She said that someone had been intercepting mail sent to me, in regards to a law suit, on my behalf. I've been fleeing from violence and threats, homeless, since March of 2022.
I think that military attorneys prosecuting Pratt & Whitney are trying to reach me. I think that law suit and settlement monies are in my name, and I'm denied access.
I need to be held as a witness, in need of protection. I'm under attack.
I'm living in a congregate, emergency, homeless shelter, located at -. My phone number, which has been intercepted by threats, is -.
I eagerly await your reply.
Please contact me with any questions.
Sincerly Yours,
Jennifer S. Miller
