Dear Pres. Biden, V.P. Harris, Gen. Charles Q. Brown, Jr., United Nations High Commissioner Volker Türk, U.S. Army assigned, and U.S. Marine Corps assigned,
Please, forward a copy to Gen. Charles Q. Brown, Jr., Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, for distribution. I wasn't able to find a valid E-mail address, for his office.
My name is Jenny Miller. I'm a kidnapped, missing person, denied by law enforcement, including an F.B.I. agent, in person. I was first reported missing to law enforcement, in Palm Beach County, Florida, in 1984. I'm imprisoned, in plain sight. I'm being human trafficked. My communication methods, finances, and direct contact with known parties are controlled. I'm Pratt & Whitney victim #-, as assigned by an Army Interrogator, in 2009.
I was contacted, by relay, and told to expect mail, in regards to Pratt & Whitney and other litigation, on my behalf. I have yet to receive any mail, in these regards. Nobody has contacted me with help. Nobody has made direct contact.
I've been a reported victim of human rights violations, by the U.S. military, to the United Nations, since 1984.
I'm under attack. In response to my last E-mail and letter to the Pentagon, I was contacted, by relay. I replied that I would write in, again. I believe that the U.S. Marine Corps, and all branches of the U.S. military have turned the corner. I ask that the military attorneys and Judges that have trying to contact me, now make attempt.
I'm living in a congregate, emergency, homeless shelter. I'm on the waiting list, for an income-based apartment. I'm unable to get a post office box. They require two forms of identification, such as a voter registration card. I updated my voter registration with Multnomah County, Oregon, on the web, last September. I confirmed the update, about two weeks later, on the web. I didn't receive my voter registration card, in the mail. I went to the Supervisor of Elections office, in person, and they had no record of my update. I completed a voter registration form, in person. I haven't yet received my card, in the mail.
I think that I can receive important mail, at the shelter. They receive daily deliveries from Fedex and UPS, as well. Please, address to Jennifer S. Miller, -, Portland, OR 97214. I have access only to $1294 per month, plus medical insurance. I receive $23 per month in SNAP food stamps. My family would like to send me money. The Army Pentagon bank line said that the threat is still too great. U.S. Army Samuel J. Hithye, retired, assigned to me, is trying, with Army support, to get funds in my name to me.
I mailed a letter to the N.S.A. main address, last Oct. 27, in regards to not having been contacted, in regards to Court hearings and law suits. I included my current contact information. I haven't yet received any reply
Please, continue to authorize greater momentum towards ear tagging and firing nuclear on groups of domestic terrorists. Please, continue to clean up corrupt rank leadership and intelligence class officers. We're seeing a difference on the ground.
I think a primary flaw has been promoting and grouping military personnel based on appearance, rather than merit. Teams should be grouped by worthiness, for a job post. They should not be stuck together, overlapping. They should move freely, and cover all planes of visibility.
People in jails and prisons are not being treated humanely. Many have not yet been found guilty. Those that are guilty should be treated humanely, too. We want to treat them better, than they've treated us. All people in U.S. holding cells should be offered three, paid, square meals per day. That includes two eggs at breakfast, only Grade 'A' animal products, meat at lunch and dinner, and fruits and vegetables at every meal, according to the U.S.D.A. food pyramid. The Army Cares program needs to supply and distribute this quality food, to jails and prisons not meeting this standard, immediate.
