PLEASE, CONTACT THE NSA, ON MY BEHALF

      I mailed a letter, posted on my blog on Oct. 27, to the NSA.  Priority mail confirmed that it was delivered, last Wednesday.  Their contact information is on their web site, nsa.gov.  I sent a partial message, on their web form, and asked to be contacted.  I have not received an E-mail confirmation that it was received, nor a reply.

     I fled to Wash., D.C., in March of 2022, for my safety.  I was told, by relay, that a U.S. Navy prosecutor assigned to the Pratt & Whitney cases and some employees of the NSA were trying to reach me.  The attorney's office contacted me, by relay, in Wash., D.C., in distress.  They were told that nobody was able to reach me and that they shouldn't try too hard.  They were concerned that threats, with ties to Pratt & Whitney, had control of the case.

     I had been issued a Pratt & Whitney victim number, by relay, in 2009, and was told to expect mail, in regards to lawsuits.  I have not received any mail, in regards to Pratt & Whitney, lawsuits, court proceedings, nor any mail from military attorneys.

     The attorney's office advised me, by relay, that the threats, with ties to Pratt & Whitney, were bad and to stay safe.

     In September of 2022, I fled from U.S. Navy and U.S. Marine Corps, with ties to Pratt & Whitney, death threats.  In September of 2023, I settled in Portland, Oregon, and updated my contact information.  I have an Oregon state-issued photo ID, with a current mailing address.

     Nobody has contacted me with help.  Nobody has made direct contact.  Attempts have been made.  My E-mail accounts are intercepted, by military computer systems.  Some of my postal mail has been lost.  My phone works intermittently.  Assigned monitors, with the U.S. Army and law enforcement, are trying to hold the line.  It is intercepted by U.S. military lines, acting as threats.

     I'm afraid that I'm missing court proceedings, in regards to Pratt & Whitney's forced shut down.

     I haven't received any information, in regards to victim settlements, promised by the U.S. Army, U.S. Marine Corps, U.S. Air Force, and U.S. Navy.

     As you recall, the FBI Washington Field Office denied that I'm a reported missing individual, in person, in 2022. Portland Police fail to run my state ID through missing persons databases. I don't know who to ask, for help.  I keep sending E-mail messages and letters, to the Pentagon.  I've agreed that postal mail won't reach me.  I need to be reached, direct.

     Please, check that the NSA received my letter, it's been forwarded to Witness Protective Services, it's been correctly filed, my files have been updated, and that my contact information has been updated.  We don't want to permit military leadership to list victims as "unreachable" anymore.
