PLEASE, WRITE IN, FOR ME. THE FASCIST CORRUPTION HAS TAKEN OVER.

      According to the New York Times, today, "U.S. Charges 4 Russian Soldiers With War Crimes Against an American."

     It reads, "The indictment, unsealed in Virginia, could be followed by other charges against Russians found to have committed “atrocities on the largest scale in any European armed conflict since the Second World War,” Attorney General Merrick B. Garland said in announcing the prosecution."

     And, "Christopher A. Wray, the F.B.I. director, who joined Mr. Garland for the announcement, said the prosecutions were a significant step. “We’re resolved to hold war criminals accountable no matter where they are or how long it takes,” he said."

     Also, "The department’s initial efforts to investigate potential war crimes were hampered by the dangerous situation during the early stages of the war, when the department’s presence was limited to a single official, working out of the embassy in Kyiv. But the number of U.S. investigators, including F.B.I. agents, has steadily increased, and American investigators have worked closely with Ukraine’s national police and other law enforcement agencies."

     I am victim number one, of the U.S. military.  I'm a born U.S. citizen.

     Someone is in control of these federal agencies, that are working outside of U.S. borders.

     War crimes charges should be prosecuted by international law attorneys, through the International Court, at the United Nations.

     Please write these agencies and notify them that I'm being railroaded.  I haven't received notice of Court hearings that request my participation, in decades, for both military courts and civilian courts.

     There are Court judgements owed to me that haven't been remanded payment.

     In 2013, I was held in the Palm Beach County Jail, for eight days, and never provided legal counsel.

     My kidnapping was reported, as a Missing Child case, to the F.B.I. Field Office, on Army level B of Miami, Florida, in 1985.  They tell me, in person, when asked, that there is no such record.
