Dear Pres. Biden, V.P. Harris, Gen. Charles Q. Brown, Jr., United Nations High Commissioner Volker Türk, U.S. Army assigned, and U.S. Marine Corps assigned,
     Please, forward a copy to Gen. Charles Q. Brown, Jr., Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, for distribution.  I wasn't able to find a valid E-mail address, for his office.
     My name is Jenny Miller.  I'm a kidnapped, missing person, denied by law enforcement, including an F.B.I. agent, in person.  I was first reported missing to law enforcement, in Palm Beach County, Florida, in 1984.  I'm imprisoned, in plain sight.  I'm being human trafficked.  My communication methods, finances, and direct contact with known parties are controlled.  I'm Pratt & Whitney victim #-, as assigned by an Army Interrogator, in 2009.  I've been a reported victim of human rights violations, by the U.S. military, to the United Nations, since 1984.
     Nobody has made direct contact.
     Nobody has contacted me with help.
     To update, the U.S. Air Force is in crisis.  Aircraft are out of control, attacking, all over the country.  They are in cloak.  You must be able to fire on them.
     The response that we receive, from Air Force leadership, seems to be a sarcastic, refusal of an appropriate, proportional response.
     Locally, the counter-terrorism, assigned, Air Force teams are being misused, by leadership outside of their chain-of-command.
     U.S. Air Force aircraft are attacking me, constant.  They are freezing me.  I fear that they're causing nerve damage.
     We asked, last year, that you pay foreign countries to come shut down the out-of-control aircraft.  The reply was a deliberate delay.
     Perhaps, NATO could respond.
     Also, I'm under threat by some NSA employees and teams.
     Please, keep trying.  We want our Democratic freedoms and Constitutional rights.  I see signs of progress, and hear U.S. servicemembers fighting corruption, Naziism, and fascism, every day.
     My personal circumstances haven't changed.

 08:00      This morning, I found an E-mail, in my inbox, that was dated on the 23rd.  It was the decision, from American Express, on my application, for a credit card.  I applied, last Saturday.      I'm frustrated that the CFPB has failed, or, refused to correct my credit report, and, rating, with all of the information that I sent them, last year. -      On Saturday, the U.S. military, monitoring web abuse, found the $100 re-load to my Starbucks card, in a U.S. Navy hold.  U.S. Marines on the Starbucks stores' network had blocked it from reaching my Starbucks card, through the main line.      All formatting, in this post, including front, font size, and, justification, has been overidden, by the U.S. military, against my will.      Missing person, whereabouts known, since 1984, human trafficked, held hostage by the U.S. military.  08:46      They're winning!  My Truth Social account ( @JSM4226153 ) was taken over by U.S. Air Force, and, U.S. Navy 'controls' (for civilians' use of computers!), when I set it up, unauthorized.  I'm locked out, of the account.  I tried to delete the account.  Here's the screen shot.      Why are they trying to win?  Is it to completely control, or, murder all of the American people?  Is it the destruction of the planet?  It seems as though the U.S. military, in Los Angeles, hasn't followed any orders, in years.  The intentional leak is that they were issued orders to not 'check' (verify) orders.  We need some help, here.  The fascists are numerous, and, aggressive, and, I'm confused, in regards to their secret agenda, and, symptoms of mental illness.      This morning, after I took a shower, U.S. military medical teams, assigned, advised that 5 unknown substances had been identified, ...
