EXCERPTS FROM CORRESPONCE

      Yesterday, I sent an E-mail, that was pushed through to the servers, and received with a typed box with a note, by the U.S. Army.  Copies of two of the attached letters, are below.

     An excerpt, redacted:

Dear Pres. Biden, V.P. Harris, Gen. Charles Q. Brown, Jr., United Nations High Commissioner Volker Türk, U.S. Army assigned, and U.S. Marine Corps assigned,

     Please, forward a copy to Gen. Charles Q. Brown, Jr., Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, for distribution. I wasn't able to find a valid E-mail address, for his office.

     My name is Jenny Miller. I'm a kidnapped, missing person, denied by law enforcement, including an F.B.I. agent, in person. I was first reported missing to law enforcement, in Palm Beach County, Florida, in 1984. I'm imprisoned, in plain sight. I'm being human trafficked. My communication methods, finances, and direct contact with known parties are controlled. I'm Pratt & Whitney victim #-, as assigned by an Army Interrogator, in 2009. I've been a reported victim of human rights violations, by the U.S. military, to the United Nations, since 1984.

     Nobody has made direct contact.

     Nobody has contacted me with help.

     To update, at this point, I should be classified as a political prisoner.

     Please find correspondence, that was mailed today, hand-signed, attached.

     I have been advised, by Army relay, that Portland, Oregon is on counter-terrorism alarm code: RED; the Market Street Shelter, where I'm living, is a terrorist stronghold; I may not try, further, to secure housing alone; my U.S. Army assigned Sam Hithye, retired, is still trying to retrieve me; the ilegal, military, experiments on humans, with digital and nuclear systems, are being shut down; the terrorist cells plan to viciously attack me, personal, with bots and systems; there is no end in sight; we are making swift progress, towards reunification.

     Thank you, for keeping me alive.

     Our Democracy, personal freedoms, and Constitution are going to win.

RE: Applicant for Person in Need of Protection, Withdrawn

Dear Sir or Madam,

     I arrived in Canada, as a Refuge in Need status, on Sept. 20, 2022, as a born U.S. citizen, known to Canada to be a victim of human rights violations. I was permitted entry, as an applicant for person in need of protection, at the Queenston Bridge Port of Entry, near Niagara Falls, Ontario.

     I vacated Canada, as a displaced refugee, on May 24, 2023, unable to retrieve my passport.

     Due to threats against me, mostly from the U.S., who arrived ahead of me and after me, my being represented by Br. -, of the Toronto area, was denied. The IRCC office, found at 74 Victoria Ave., Toronto, said that they could not help me.

     I vacated Canada, voluntarily, on foot, with permission from border patrol, and without my passport. I submitted a DS-64, to the U.S. Department of State, electronically, which stated that my passport had been 'lost', left with Canadian border patrol. I received a confirmation, electronically, that U.S. Passport Book 554206702 had been cancelled.

     I sent an E-mail, to them, with details and concerns. However, I haven't received any reply.

     I'm being railroaded. Most government agencies, in the U.S., and military personnel, act strangely and refuse me aid. We are recovering from an insurrection attempt, and fighting domestic terrorism.

      My communication methods are controlled by threats.

      Nobody has made direct contact.

      We hope and pray that our Democratic process will be restored, with all of our rights and freedoms.

     The Canadian Royal Guard team, assigned, continues to protect me. I can't thank you enough. I don't think that I would survive the U.S. military's attacks, here, without your country's protection. Other Canadian military teams, posted in the U.S., have helped and are helping greatly, in support.

     Please, confirm with the Canadian government that I have vacated Canada, returned to the United States, withdrawn my application for person in need of protection, cancelled my U.S. passport, and am represented by Br. Michael Kinist, for all legal matters in Canada.

     Whilst there, I cooperated with assigned, Canadian personnel. A point of contact was unable to reach me. U.S. Army Samuel J. Hithye, assigned, sent with orders to retrieve me, was and is unable to reach me. I would appreciate it kindly that my status continue to read that I am not a problem. We hope to visit, again, sometime, as tourists.

RE: Missing Individual/Known Individual Reported To Be Found

Dear Special Agent in Charge Kieran L. Ramsey and Chief Bob Day,

     I got a message, by Army relay, that my father, Col. Rsv. Stewart C. Miller, is in the Portland, OR area, and had filed a "Known Individual Reported To Be Found" report, on me, with the Portland Police Bureau, last September. Nobody, from the Portland Police Bureau, has contacted me.

     When I've inquired, the Central Precinct has told me that they have no record of it, or no way to locate it. They will not allow me to speak, to a detective. They say that they don't know of any national missing persons database.

     I am a kidnapped victim/missing person/missing individual. My disappearance was reported to the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office, on Army level B, from the residence at 3233 Grove Rd., Lake Park, Florida, in 1984. The residence was and is in unincorporated Palm Beach County, Florida. The post office assigned, for use as mailing address, changed in 1987. My disappearance was reported to the F.B.I.'s

     My birth name is Jennifer Suzanne Miller. My D.O.B. is 08/29/1976. My Oregon Identification Card number is 6996793. My photo is mixed or doctored, against my will.

     I haven't had direct contact, to my birth parents, since 1984. We'd like, to be reunited. We're getting old.

      I'm an Army civilian since pregnancy.

     I've been under threat advisement, since day 1.

     I've been under death threat advisement, most recent, since 2009.

     Since Sept. 19, 2023, I've been assigned to bed #88, at the Market Street Shelter. It is a congregate, emergency, homeless shelter, located at 120 SE Market St., Portland, OR 97214.

     My communication methods are controlled by threats.

     Nobody trying, has made contact, direct.

    I'm being railroaded.

     My mail is held up.

     The U.S. Army assigned Sgt. 1, Samuel J. Hithye to me, personal, by judge's permit, in Oct. of 2022. He has been unable to make direct contact. He was issued orders, in Nov. of 2022, to retrieve me. My custodial documents are in his care. Now retired, he's assigned out of Cp. Pendleton and Ft. Bragg, jointly.

     He is held, away from me, by the use of an overpowering method.

     My appearance changes constantly, digital. I'm under attack. Experimental or unlicensed systems are running, on me. Bots and known terrorists, overlap my head. U.S. Army, Washington Point, computer dept. is trying to repair.

     I am suffering, and could use help.

     Also, I'm held too high. The U.S. Air Force, A.W.O.L., moves me up, every day. I should be on Army person level. I’m moving north and south, uncontrolled. The military teams, US and CA, assigned, and in support, keep trying to place me.

     Please, locate the "Known Individual Reported To Be Found" report, and/or files from the federal missing persons database, and contact me.
