CINEMAGIC, ON SE HAWTHORNE, IS RUNNING AN ORGANIZED-CRIME RACKET, DISCRIMINATING, AND SHORT-CHANGING

     Today, I had to make the following report to Portland Police and the F.B.I.

     Cinemagic is part of the local, organized-crime, racket.  Every time that I visit, and pay cash, I am shorted $5.  I'm an Army civilian since pregnancy.  I've sent letters, to your headquarters, recently.  I'm a Missing Individual/listed victim of Human Rights violations/Political Prisoner of the U.S., indefinite.  The military chatter, in the lobby of Cinemagic, is that a U.S. Navy-organized-crime ring is running rackets, there.
     To re-iterate, your department has erroneously advised me that Portland businesses can discriminate and choose who they serve as paying customers.  Federal, anti-discrimination, legislation mandates that we're all treated equally.

 08:00      This morning, I found an E-mail, in my inbox, that was dated on the 23rd.  It was the decision, from American Express, on my application, for a credit card.  I applied, last Saturday.      I'm frustrated that the CFPB has failed, or, refused to correct my credit report, and, rating, with all of the information that I sent them, last year. -      On Saturday, the U.S. military, monitoring web abuse, found the $100 re-load to my Starbucks card, in a U.S. Navy hold.  U.S. Marines on the Starbucks stores' network had blocked it from reaching my Starbucks card, through the main line.      All formatting, in this post, including front, font size, and, justification, has been overidden, by the U.S. military, against my will.      Missing person, whereabouts known, since 1984, human trafficked, held hostage by the U.S. military.
