UPDATE: SNAP FOOD STAMPS DENIAL FRAUD
Today, I mailed a joint-addressed letter to the Dept. of Human Services, in Salem, Oregon, and the Dept. of Health & Human Services, in Washington, D.C. The copy, below, has a - where information is missing.

I’m an Army civilian since pregnancy. I’ve been under death threat advisement, according to the U.S. Army, since
2009. I’m a person under an order of protection. I’m a confirmed Political Prisoner of the U.S., dated back to 1991. I’m being railroaded.
My U.S. Army assigned is Samuel J. Hithye, retired. My father is Col. Rsv. Stewart C. Miller. My retained attorney is
-, of ACLU affiliation. I’ve been a kidnapped, missing person since 1984. I have no direct contact, with them. My communication methods are controlled by threats. The U.S. Army Judge ordered a signature proxy, to my account, as of May, of 2021.
My financial accounts are intercepted, but available to my Court-given signature proxy. In 2022, the U.S. Army
deposited Emergency Relief funds, into my federally-backed, DEBIT card account. When I log on, to the web site, I reach a phished, counterfeited site, with a balance that is, ilegally, typed-in by U.S.M.C. computer systems. I have no direct contact, with the bank. I’ve been told, by Army relay, that the bank cannot correct the problem; The machines overiding my web, bank account have to be disabled, by the U.S. military. I’m a victim of a long-term hack and identity fraud. My prior, checking account, at the Bank of America, was, also, hacked and the balance was changed. I’m advised not to use web banking services. Currently, I have a checking account at a local bank, where I receive my SSDI benefit, by direct deposit. I can only access those funds.
I’ve received SSDI income, derived from a Judge’s hearing, since 2009. In 2023, I received $1295 per month. In 2024, I receive $1335 per month.
I was homeless, fleeing for my personal safety, from March of 2022 to April of 2024.
In August of 2023, I returned to Portland, Multnomah Co., Oregon. In Sept. of 2023, I moved into an emergency,
congregate, homeless shelter, and updated my SNAP recipient information, from Washington, D.C. to Portland, OR. I was paying $0, for rent or utilities. On April 4, 2024, I signed a handwritten, month-to-month lease, for a room for rent,
for $400 per month including utilities. I logged on to my one.oregon.gov/ account, and submitted a Report of a Change
in Circumstance. I never received any reply.
On April 16, 2024, I went to the SNAP office, in the Aging & Disability office, on SE Belmont, in person, and was asked to E-mail my lease and receipt. They confirmed receipt, of the documents. They said that the information would be given to a Chris, for review, on that same day, and he would get right back to me. I told them, again, about the hack, and said that I would return, in person, on the next day.
On April 17, 2024, I went to the same office, in person. They said that Chris was not there. They said that my documents had been reviewed, and there would be no change in benefits. When I asked, repeatedly, they said that his name was Chris Pizzuto, and that he didn’t have a business card. I have not received any reply, on my one.oregon.gov/ account, that confirms an increase in my SNAP benefit or no change in my SNAP benefit.

The U.S. Army-Washington Point, assigned, informs me, by relay, that monthly income of $1335 a month and rent of $400 a month, for one person, in the SNAP database, for ZIP code 97215, results in a benefit of $63 a month. My current benefit is $23 a month, where the database result is $25 a month, since last September, where I had not been paying anything for rent.
My one.oregon.gov/ account keeps being, ilegally, switched to an Air Force line. Yesterday*, I, again, reported the hack, to the office, in person. I'm told, by Army relay, that it hasn't been fully repaired.
My retained attorney and Court-granted proxy will handle the grievance complaint process, on my behalf. I’ve heard,
by Army relay, that, once again, insurrectionist, or fascist, members of the U.S. military intend to with-hold SNAP
benefit monies, from me personal. They are currently with-holding Court judgement monies.
Please, correct the SNAP benefit amount posted, on my card, each month, to $63, backdated to April 4, 2024.

I E-mailed the DOCX file, to myself. On a library PC, I edited the draft, then saved it as a PDF, then printed two copies. I had some difficulty, with dirty weapons running on my head, people and robot-things all over me, the PC overidden, and my E-mail account hacked. I'm unable to format this blog post. I feel very sad that I haven't seen Sam. I feel very alone.
