E-MAIL (REDACTED): AN UPDATE, FROM JENNY MILLER, POLITICAL PRISONER OF THE U.S. CONFIRMED (~1991)

A redacted version, of an E-mail that I sent, this morning, where '-' replaces missing information, is posted, below.

Dear Pres. Biden, V.P. Harris, Gen. Charles Q. Brown, Jr., United Nations High Commissioner Volker Türk, U.S. Army assigned, and U.S. Marine Corps assigned,
     Please, forward a copy to Gen. Charles Q. Brown, Jr., Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, for distribution.  I wasn't able to find a valid E-mail address, for his office.
     My name is Jenny Miller.  I'm a kidnapped, missing person, denied by law enforcement, including an F.B.I. agent, in person.  I was first reported missing to law enforcement, in Palm Beach County, Florida, in 1984.  I'm imprisoned, in plain sight.  I've been human trafficked.  My communication methods, finances, and direct contact with known parties are controlled.  I'm Pratt & Whitney victim #-, as assigned by an Army Interrogator, in 2009.  I've been a reported victim of Human Rights violations, by the U.S. military, to the United Nations, since 1984.  I'm a Political Prisoner of the U.S. confirmed, backdated 1991.  I am alive & OK.  The attack, personal, has continued, well-mitigated.
     Current, nobody has made direct contact.
     To update, I haven't received any reply, to the letters that I mailed, on Wed., May 1, from the Waterfront Post Office, on Army level B of Portland, OR, including from the NSA.
     Monies sent to me, by wire transfer, E-transfer, and Cash App have not reached me.  My checking account balance is $281.  My next SSDI deposit, for next month, will be on the 1st.  My rent, for May, has been paid.  I've bought some household goods.  I'm borrowing, some.
     I've bought groceries.  There is a conflicted systems problem, in the house where I rent a room.  I'm having significant difficulty eating there, I think, due to attacks by U.S. Army, in uniform, personal.  My health condition continues to be excellent.  I'm receiving medical care from U.S. Army medics, assigned, en cloak.
     I need to be outside, which the "dumps" of rain, from aircraft, make difficult.  The local insurgents, I think in U.S. Army uniform want to fully invade, and take control of, the house, where I'm renting a room.  Monies would help me patron businesses, to only return home, to sleep, as I've often done, to keep threats out of my home.
     I have some clothes, all too big and accommodating to the conflicted, experimental systems.  I cannot shower.  I'm unable to pull my sports bra down, due to U.S. Air Force weapons, plus experimental systems manned by persons playing a game to decide who is "in" my bra, to overpower the U.S. Army-Washington Point, assigned.  By Army relay, I've heard that I should expect a constant level of incoming, through November.  The only solution to these problems, we agree, is to continue to shut down their systems, and to kill or detain them.
     The military corruption is so wide-spread that I won't be able to resolve anything, normally, with the Multnomah County Court, State and Federal agencies, and many businesses.  I agree that personal, visible companionship, from my U.S. Army assigned Samuel J. Hithye, retired, would help me.  This virtual isolation is difficult.  It's been decades.  I don't think that I should plan to reunite with my father and loved ones, until after November.  I have no plans to reunite with my mother and loved ones, ever, due to circumstance.  We'll continue to re-visit the possibility, annually.
     Pardon me, but could the U.S. Air Force shut down any of these systems, including weapons systems, including in aircraft, from the bases?
     We're finally getting somewhere.  Please, stay the course!  You'll have to continue to escalate, to do so.
     I'm still living, at the address, updated, in my civilian record, last April.

 08:00      This morning, I found an E-mail, in my inbox, that was dated on the 23rd.  It was the decision, from American Express, on my application, for a credit card.  I applied, last Saturday.      I'm frustrated that the CFPB has failed, or, refused to correct my credit report, and, rating, with all of the information that I sent them, last year. -      On Saturday, the U.S. military, monitoring web abuse, found the $100 re-load to my Starbucks card, in a U.S. Navy hold.  U.S. Marines on the Starbucks stores' network had blocked it from reaching my Starbucks card, through the main line.      All formatting, in this post, including front, font size, and, justification, has been overidden, by the U.S. military, against my will.      Missing person, whereabouts known, since 1984, human trafficked, held hostage by the U.S. military.
