Dear United Nations High Commissioner Volker Türk,

     I've CC'd several parties, on this E-mail.  Please ensure that White House staff and the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff receive copies, for distribution.  I'll post a redacted version, on my blog, imprisonedinplainsight.blogspot.com, and, assigned, teams will upload a lightly-redacted copy to WikiLeaks, which, again, seems to be illegally covered-up, in the United States of America, and only available to military personnel.

     I'm an Army civilian since pregnancy.  My name is Jenny Miller.  I'm a kidnapped, missing person, denied by law enforcement, including an F.B.I. agent, in person.  I was first reported missing to law enforcement, in Palm Beach County, Florida, in 1984.  I'm imprisoned, in plain sight.   I've been human trafficked.  My communication methods, finances, and direct contact with known parties are controlled.  I'm Pratt & Whitney victim #-, as assigned by an Army Interrogator, in 2009.   I've been a reported victim of Human Rights violations, by the U.S. military, to the United Nations, since 1984.  I'm a Political Prisoner of the U.S. confirmed, backdated to 1991.  Nobody has made direct contact.  I'm being railroaded.  I'm a victim of a long-term hack and identity fraud.  My communication methods are controlled by threats.  I have no direct contact with my U.S. Army assigned, assigned teams, base locale, retained attorneys, my family, nor my loved ones.  I'm hidden, by robot-things and conflicted, dirty systems, against my will.  They change my appearance, digitally, constant.  This E-mail will probably arrive with a U.S. Army, typed box with a note that it was pushed through and that you won't be able to reply.

     The U.S. military teams, assigned, have been taking video-footage of me and reporting out, to The Free Press and other media outlets, on my condition.  Please review some of the footage.

     I'm again pleading for foreign, military assistance.  The U.S. Air Force has taken over, many military systems, government agencies, banks, businesses, etc., as a secret, fascist regime.  U.S. military weapons are targeted on human being's brains.  The pain is insufferable.  Again, they insist that they are correct and un-noticed.  There are experimental, digital, nuclear systems being run on human beings, including civilians, including children, all over the country.  The legitimate U.S. military has an obligation to keep me alive.  I'm sorry to update you that, currently, large numbers of Americans and Canadians on military systems, are contented or delighted to torture me.  The violations of our Human Rights, by a large group, are egregious.  They, determinedly, refuse to respect our legal rights.

     We need to take down the fascists and restore order.  Please, help us.  We need foreign militaries and NATO to bomb our out-of-control air craft and intelligence teams.

     Please find the 2 screen shots, of my phone that's connected as a phone's histories, posted, above.  I haven't received your phone calls, nor text messages.  I'm held, in isolation.  I miss you, very much.  I'll, forever, be wounded by all the conversations, with family, loved ones, and friends, that I never got to have.

     Please find the 1 photo posted, above.  Today, I went to the bank, to make a withdrawal and to check my account balance, which is incorrect at the end of every month.  It was a goddamm nightmare.  I'm being railroaded.  When I ask any bank emploee for something, as a customer, in regards to my bank account, they pretend and act and give me something else.  I asked them to make a withdrawal and to include the balance, on my receipt, please, because my balance is incorrect, again.  She didn't ask how much I would like to withdrawal, at any time, while I sat in front of her desk.  Instead, she printed the receipt, on the left in the photo above.  Today, the bank employee replied, convolutedly, that there are no pending deposits, to my account.

     My U.S. Army assigned Sam Hithye has been coming out-of-cloak.  He's held back, not visible to me.  Most comms to me, from teams, assigned, or, authorized, are blocked.  The terrorists and U.S. servicemembers attacking my body are transporting onto me, in severe mode, rapidly, constant.
