Dear Pres. Biden, Vice Pres. Harris, Gen. Charles Q. Brown, Jr., United Nations High Commissioner Volker Türk,
     Please, forward a copy to Gen. Charles Q. Brown, Jr., Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, for distribution.  I wasn't able to find a valid E-mail address, for his office.
     My name is Jenny Miller.  I'm a kidnapped, missing person, denied by law enforcement, including an F.B.I. agent, in person.  I was first reported missing to law enforcement, in Palm Beach County, Florida, in 1984.  I'm imprisoned, in plain sight.  I've been human trafficked.  My communication methods, finances, and direct contact with known parties are controlled.  I'm Pratt & Whitney victim #-, as assigned by an Army Interrogator, in 2009.  I've been a reported victim of Human Rights violations, by the U.S. military, to the United Nations, since 1984.  I'm a Political Prisoner of the United States of America, from 1991.  I am alive and OK.  I'm conscious and in good health.  I have no direct contact with my U.S. Army assigned, assigned teams, base locale, retained attorneys, my family, nor my loved ones.  The attack, personal, has continued, well-mitigated.
     U.S. Army-Washington Point, assigned, U.S. Army-Sand Point, assigned, U.S. Air Force, counter-terrorism teams, assigned, and the U.S. Marine Corps teams, assigned, and ordered to assist, are making tremendous progress, killing or capturing terrorists, all-varied.  You have my full support as you continue to pursue their leaders or organizers.
     My place of residence is the same.  My mailing address is unchanged.
     My U.S. Army assigned Samuel J. Hithye, retired, has four wire transfers held in Key Bank's main account.  They refuse to post them to my checking account, no. -.
     Please fight for our freedoms and legal rights.

 08:00      This morning, I found an E-mail, in my inbox, that was dated on the 23rd.  It was the decision, from American Express, on my application, for a credit card.  I applied, last Saturday.      I'm frustrated that the CFPB has failed, or, refused to correct my credit report, and, rating, with all of the information that I sent them, last year. -      On Saturday, the U.S. military, monitoring web abuse, found the $100 re-load to my Starbucks card, in a U.S. Navy hold.  U.S. Marines on the Starbucks stores' network had blocked it from reaching my Starbucks card, through the main line.      All formatting, in this post, including front, font size, and, justification, has been overidden, by the U.S. military, against my will.      Missing person, whereabouts known, since 1984, human trafficked, held hostage by the U.S. military.
