This morning, I found an E-mail, in my inbox, that was dated on the 23rd. It was the decision, from American Express, on my application, for a credit card. I applied, last Saturday.
I'm frustrated that the CFPB has failed, or, refused to correct my credit report, and, rating, with all of the information that I sent them, last year.

On Saturday, the U.S. military, monitoring web abuse, found the $100 re-load to my Starbucks card, in a U.S. Navy hold. U.S. Marines on the Starbucks stores' network had blocked it from reaching my Starbucks card, through the main line. All formatting, in this post, including front, font size, and, justification, has been overidden, by the U.S. military, against my will.
Missing person, whereabouts known, since 1984, human trafficked, held hostage by the U.S. military. I'm hidden, held behind, with dirty, conflicted, systems, and, Robotic-things. (Whereabouts known, reported to Portland Police, in Sept. of 2023, denied by officers, on patrol, and, the Central Precinct desk.) I'm without direct contact. I need some help.

Today, I charged $3.50, to my DEBIT card, for my account held by U.S. Bank, and, it was declined, twice!
The Starbucks barista said the I "can't have more than 3/4 inch, of cream." I walked out. I had told her that they'd found the $100 re-load, to my Starbucks card, in a U.S. Navy hold, and, that I'd been unable to log-on to my Starbucks card.
I tried to buy gift cards, from 2 web sites. I got error messages, like my address is 'out of zone'. Sam Hithye has to place the orders, for me. Some, of the gift cards, will be shipped, to my leased, post office, box, and, some will be delivered, to my E-mail address.

Dear White House Staff,
To all, please forward, as you deem fit. It seems that more Americans are trying to murder me, than help me. I'm only asking for my legal rights, as a born U.S. citizen.
My name is Jenny Miller. I'm a Political Prisoner of the United States of America, without contact. I'm a born U.S. citizen. I'm under counter-terrorism protective watch. Currently, I reside, in Portland, Oregon. I returned, to Portland, in August of 2023. I have to flee, for my safety, again. I'm a victim, of a long-term hack, and, identity fraud. Current, I have 3 checking accounts, held by separate financial institutions, that are not working, and, 2 of them refuse to post deposits. I was first reported kidnapped, in 1984, and, haven't been recovered. Police have denied me. I'm a listed victim of Human Rights violations, by Pratt & Whitney, the U.S. military, and, some Canadian military personnel, reported to the United Nations. I'm being railroaded.
My U.S. Army assigned, Samuel J. Hithye, now retired, was given his assignment card, by a Judge, in October of 2022. He's with me, en cloak. He's been unable to recover me. All recent attempts to recover me, including by F.B.I. agents, have failed. U.S. nuclear weapons are used to hold me.
My appearance, including size, and, shape, are changed, against my will, digital, constant. I fear for my safety.
To update, I've lost everything. I have to flee, for my safety, again.

Please, envoke Martial Law, immediate.
I am, again, pleading for foreign military support, through the United Nations.
Also, please raise income federal, income taxes, by passing a flat-rate tax rule, of 35% for corporations earning more than $350,000.USD annually and of 25% for individuals earning more than $45,000.USD annually, without exemptions, in order to fully-fund our government services, plus pay down the federal deficit. Our Country is failing!
