     I'm alive, and, conscious, in here.  Nobody has made direct contact.

     Yesterday, I asked a Portland Police officer, in uniform, in a patrol car, and, the people at the front desk, of the Bureau's Central Precinct, not in uniform, to look up my ID.  I gave them my Oregon-state photo-ID.  I explained that there is federal Judge's order, through their Chain of Command, to aid, or, assist me.  I tried to explain that my bank accounts were being stolen from, by hackers, and, that my retained attorney had gone to Court.  I'm without direct contact.  All of the officers have vaguely, indirectly, threatened me, or, walked away when I ask for help.  Yesterday, the patrol officer repeated that she had looked up my ID number, and, that I'm not a missing person.  In the last week, I've talked to eight Portland Police officers that were on-shift.  #BlueCrimes

     Yesterday, on the web (my paid Xfinity Wi-fi account is being overidden), my DEBIT cards for my checking accounts held by Key Bank and U.S. Bank were declined.  Today, I'm unable to log on, to my Starbucks app.  Last night, Sam Hithye's DEBIT card was declined, at Carl's, Jr.

     Yesterday, they soaked my clothes, and, attached their Robotic-things clothes to mine, using foreign, nuclear, weapons.  Today, the knees of my pants are stretched out.  The size of my clothes has been changed.  They are violently raping me, using U.S. nuclear weapons, and, other U.S. military systems.

     I suspect that the militarized, drug, cartels attacking me, personal, are trying to cover-up their crimes, plus funding, and, executing the 9/11 attacks, in 2001, on New York City, and, the Pentagon.  They really seem to be protecting the psychotic, neurotoxic, kidnappers that have been adjudicated to be terrorists.

     This afternoon, I tried my DEBIT cards, for my checking accounts held by Key Bank, and, U.S. Bank, for an $11 purchase.  Both were declined, showing as insufficient funds available, on the cash register.

     All of the attempts to retrieve me, today, have failed.  Nobody has made direct contact.

     I'm at the Carl's, Jr.  I ordered a meal that was $11.  I tried my DEBIT card 3 times, for my account held by U.S. Bank, with Sam Hithye's card authorized to overide.  The kiosk read the error message, 'Unable to process', each time.  The cashier said that it was declined.  I tried my DEBIT card twice, for my account held by Key Bank, with Sam Hithye's card authorized to overide.  Both times, the kiosk read that it was partially approved, for 65 cents.

     Yesterday, someone, being kind, gave me a $20 gift card, for the grocery store.  Today, I got a pack of smokes.

     This morning, I put my last $5 cash, on my Starbucks card.  Sam Hithye keeps ordering, for me, on his app, and, they don't make my order.

     I'm being railroaded.
