     The region is hostile. As predicted, my DEBIT cards, for my checking accounts held by Key Bank, U.S. Bank, and Comerica Bank get error messages, from ATM machines, or, are forced declined, from computer systems other than the banks', when used at a cash register, indefinite. I have no cash.
     Current, my EBT, food stamps, card shows a balance of $8.65 (attached). On the 2nd, it may receive a disbursement of $72.
     My Starbucks card shows a balance $23.65. I get error messages, when I try to re-load it, from my DEBIT cards, pre-paid credit card, or, Sam Hithye's credit card.
     I need food, drinking water, bus fare, etc.!
     The soup kitchens, located in Skid Row, are outside of my usual 'zone'. I'm afraid to go, there. The 'gateway problem' is not under control.
     Capital One, customer service. by phone, confirms that they've shipped a card, in my name, on Sam Hithye's account. I was, inexplicably, again, denied a card account, of my own. The U.S. Air Force (sex-commers) are active, near the Capital One Café, claiming control, and, threatening to withold cards, from me.
     I can't tell why the terrorist, organized crime, threats are so great, here. I believe that the functional military is a minority, against all the servicemembers that are on shift, on post, here. Most servicemembers look, and, sound crazed, and, hostile. Entire U.S. Marine Corps outposts are insurrectionist, attacking people, with military force, without explanation. I'm being harassed, insulted, and, threatened, by visible people. I can't find anyone to help me.
     I'm unable to secure housing.
     I remain unaccompanied. I fear for my safety.
     We don't want to accept this dictatorial, brutal, fascist, authoritarian, control, from anyone. Please, help.

 08:00      This morning, I found an E-mail, in my inbox, that was dated on the 23rd.  It was the decision, from American Express, on my application, for a credit card.  I applied, last Saturday.      I'm frustrated that the CFPB has failed, or, refused to correct my credit report, and, rating, with all of the information that I sent them, last year. -      On Saturday, the U.S. military, monitoring web abuse, found the $100 re-load to my Starbucks card, in a U.S. Navy hold.  U.S. Marines on the Starbucks stores' network had blocked it from reaching my Starbucks card, through the main line.      All formatting, in this post, including front, font size, and, justification, has been overidden, by the U.S. military, against my will.      Missing person, whereabouts known, since 1984, human trafficked, held hostage by the U.S. military.
