     Last night, it poured down rain.  I was under a little awning, with my umbrella.  My feet, in my shoes, and, socks, were tucked under the bench.  Suddenly, the back of my pants were soaking wet.  Then, suddenly, my entire pant legs were soaking wet.  Then, slowly, the socks on my feet, inside my shoes, were soaking wet.  The pain, digital, and, outside my skin, was severe.  I felt like my brain, and, long bones were being electrocuted.
     This morning, my DEBIT card, for my checking account held by Key Bank failed to authorize a $1.10 charge, with Sam Hithye's card pre-authorized.  I'm at the Capital One Café's ATM machine.  My ATM transactions, on my account held by Key Bank, and my account held by U.S. Direct Express, show the error message, "Not authorized." then eject my card.
     A few kind people have given me tobacco cigarettes to smoke, when asked.  I'm very grateful, for the comfort.
     I cannot access any cash.
     I haven't received any notifications, for money received, by Western Union, at KPFJ.PFD1@gmail.com.
     This morning, all of my cards failed, when I tried to pay for a hotel room, for 2 nights.  When I tried Sam Hithye's credit card, the booking.com web site shoed an error message that the card number is invalid.
     Current, I have some money available, on my Starbucks REWARDS card, to get food.
     Some selfie photos are missing, from the file folder, on my phone's hard drive.

 08:00      This morning, I found an E-mail, in my inbox, that was dated on the 23rd.  It was the decision, from American Express, on my application, for a credit card.  I applied, last Saturday.      I'm frustrated that the CFPB has failed, or, refused to correct my credit report, and, rating, with all of the information that I sent them, last year. -      On Saturday, the U.S. military, monitoring web abuse, found the $100 re-load to my Starbucks card, in a U.S. Navy hold.  U.S. Marines on the Starbucks stores' network had blocked it from reaching my Starbucks card, through the main line.      All formatting, in this post, including front, font size, and, justification, has been overidden, by the U.S. military, against my will.      Missing person, whereabouts known, since 1984, human trafficked, held hostage by the U.S. military.
