Kidnapped, Missing Person, Political Prisoner of the United States, Imprisoned in Plain Sight

       Today, I had my appointment at the pharmacy, to get my updated vaccinations.  The web site allowed up to five shots.  I'm behind, on several.  When I arrived, they told me that they could do four; Two in each arm.  Then she argued which shots would go in each arm.  Like they did at the hospital in Canada, she repeatedly asked, "Which arm do you prefer?"  As an Army civilian, I have to repeatedly reply, "Right arm."      I asked her what she would like to do.  She stammered, then said, "We can cancel another one.  You can have two in your right arm."      I've been asking pharmacists, since 2011, for Hepatitis vaccinations.  They say that someone says that I can't have them.  The U.S. military has run blood mixing systems on me, illegally, since 2004.      I've made another appointment, to return, for five shots.  I'm trying to get current, on my vaccinations. ...

     Today, in Portland, Oregon, we're on counter-terrorism alarm code RED.  They have come in to the area, from every branch, some still armed and on-shift, in the last two days, with playscripts, or scripts.      They forced me, last week, to say that I'd go to the post office, on SE 7th Ave., today, and ask the postmaster for my mail that hasn't been delivered.      We walked past the post office, yesterday, and had to turn back.  There were hostile Marines, en-cloak and in uniform, all around the post office building.  Again, they yelled, "You can't go in, there!"  It's as though their machines yell that, every time I walk past.  Yesterday was a Sunday, and the post office was closed.  I'm told, by relay, that the U.S. Army is, now, again, unable to hold their signal to the post office tower, machine system.  It is not clear, for us to enter the building.      The chatter around-town, is t...

       This morning, a team of hostage negotiators, from the U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, and U.S. Marine Corps, broke through to the hostage holders.  There were factions, still standing, at Fort Winslow, Fort David, in Indiana, and a Naval base in Arizona.  The hostage holders' leadership did not send a reply, back.      It's been confirmed that their numbers are depleted.  The U.S. military continues to advance, against this enemy.      Praise God, we are making progress.

     Terrorist scripts, or playscripts, are playing here, taking us all over.      Friends of Sam and mine mailed an invitation to me, to join them, on Thanksgiving, to celebrate the holiday.  They dropped it in a mailbox, here in Portland, last Wednesday evening.  It was picked up, on Thursday afternoon.  It's been a week.  It hasn't been delivered.  It included a check, for me, personal.      A friend of my family and mine, who's an attorney, shipped some legal documents to me, by FedEx Overnight, last Monday.  It hasn't been delivered.  FedEx employees, in Omaha, NE, delayed it, due to terrorist scripts, or playscripts.      I haven't received my voter registration card, nor my Medicare card.  Both, have been mailed.      I'm under attack.  The terrorists, in U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, U.S. Marine Corps uniforms, plus militias armed with aircraft and Air Force Reserves s...

       This is very upsetting.  The NSA who has refused to protect me, as an endangered witness, when it is at the core of their funding and mission to do so.  They have failed to reply to my direct correspondence.  They've been attempting to contact me, by relay, and say that they've failed.  It is a violation of my Constitutional rights, as a born U.S. citizen and a civilian.      They connected a large box to record my chatter, without a Court order.  They connected as many as seven groups, to the box, to monitor me, against my wishes and without a Judge's permission.      I am not, nor have ever been, a terrorist suspect.      They are interfering with the U.S. Army teams, assigned to protect me, by the Pentagon.  They make demands for data and analysis.  They are pushing known terrorists, already targeting me, in to me.  They are continuing to endanger me, scripted, or playscrip...

       I'm told, by Army relay, that my civilian record has been updated.  The NSA confirmed that they received my letter.      A friend of Sam and mine's, here in Portland, mailed a card to me, last Wednesday.  Today, we heard a playscript, or script, that the card would not be delivered today.  The playscript is tied to incoming AWOL Air Force aircraft.  It should be uploaded to the Jenny sub-category, on Wikileaks, by tomorrow.      Keep fighting the fascists.  Their playscripts, or scripts, are tearing down our country.  They're interfering with individuals, families, companies, government agencies, and our elected government.  There should be an SOH file tag, on Wikileaks, regarding the Speaker of the House and their plan for another government shut down.  We need to fully fund our government.  Democracy works, when we make it.      Nobody has contacted me with help....

       An intentional leak, from military personnel who care, from Detroit, Michigan, is that we've failed to provide drinking water to the housing projects.  The plumbing has been repaired, in the buildings.  The water is not potable.  It is lead-contaminated.      Perhaps, the Army Cares program could fund the project.  Perhaps, we need an NGO, for this specific project.      They are high-rise buildings, with an inside lobby, or lobbies.  We can provide 10-gallon jugs of drinking water, in a dispenser, in the lobbies.  Residents would be able to fill a Thermos, reusable cup, or up to 4-quarts in a saucepan for cooking.  We'll need an armed, security guard assigned to every drinking, water dispenser, to enforce the policies.      Drinking water needs to be provided to every low-income housing project, in the country.  Many have potable, tap water.

       There is no update, in regards to my letter to the NSA.  We don't think that it was received.  It should have been filed, and passed on, by now.  We think that Airforce scripts, or playscripts, are involved.  Please, keep trying.      I went downtown, this morning.  I want to get a P.O. Box and an update, on the assault charges that I filed, from the Bureau of Police.  The organized crime ring set of orchestrated, scripted, or playscripted, traffic patterns, including cued rain, to maintain their timing.  I cancelled my plans.  I'll have to try, again.      I'm under attack.  Organized crime members, from every branch, transport on to me, near constant.  They try to over power me, control my body movements, and speak as me.  They use their hands, and robots, to interact with, and damage, my personal belongings.  They're really hurting me.  They're irradiating me....

       I mailed a letter, posted on my blog on Oct. 27, to the NSA.  Priority mail confirmed that it was delivered, last Wednesday.  Their contact information is on their web site, nsa.gov.  I sent a partial message, on their web form, and asked to be contacted.  I have not received an E-mail confirmation that it was received, nor a reply.       I fled to Wash., D.C., in March of 2022, for my safety.  I was told, by relay, that a U.S. Navy prosecutor assigned to the Pratt & Whitney cases and some employees of the NSA were trying to reach me.  The attorney's office contacted me, by relay, in Wash., D.C., in distress.  They were told that nobody was able to reach me and that they shouldn't try too hard.  They were concerned that threats, with ties to Pratt & Whitney, had control of the case.      I had been issued a Pratt & Whitney victim number, by relay, in 2009, and was told to expect ...

     Please, write the White House, members of Congress, the Pentagon, your rank leaders, the State Department, your Governor, and the United Nations asking for reform in military practices that have proven harmful.  I think that I've sourced the problem.  I've been hearing you intentionally leak that it was the problem, since the 1980's.  Promoting military personnel and grouping them, based on appearance, rather than merit, has had devastating consequences.  Corruption, including the cruelty of Naziism, has spread, out of control, in the U.S. military.  The U.S. military has taken, and covered up, too many victims, including myself.      Military teams should be grouped together, by appropriate placement, for a job post.  According to Civil Rights legislation, race, nationality, creed, etc. should not be a factor.  Military personnel should not be stuck together, overlapping.  They should be able to move freely....
